Do you love all things sauna? Join bathmasters, sauna owners and all forms of sweating enthusiasts for a sauna social upstairs in the Rascals Brewing Company. 

Birutė Masiliauskienė, a Lithuanian bathmaster and Laura Foon, a traditional Finnish Folk sauna healer will give a talk about the sauna traditions of their lands and how they use sauna for healing.

Cian  Crowley. MMA fighter , gym owner and sauna enthusiast will talk about how sauna has been a part of his life from an early age.  and how it’s an integral part of his training program and well being. 

Then discussion time on the topic of……

What’s the story with hot and cold ? 

Is there a proper way to sauna ? 

Then finishing off with a chance for Questions and Answers
