Our mission is to educate and inspire Irish sauna enthusiasts about the timeless art of sauna while celebrating the rich sauna traditions of Ireland and Europe.

The Sweat House Festival, the brainchild of Shirley Fitzpatrick, will take place from April 5th to 7th across sauna locations around Dublin.

From expert-led talks and hands-on whisking sessions to Irish storytelling and music performances, this festival will showcase the rich sauna traditions of Ireland and Europe, educating and inspiring a growing community of Irish sauna enthusiasts.

• 🪵 Lithuanian Whisking Sauna – Experience the ancient art of sauna whisking,
  guided by Birute and two skilled bath masters.
• 🇫🇮 Finnish Sauna Presentation – Learn about authentic Finnish sauna culture.
  Experiencesound healing and guided sauna meditation for the five elements.
• 🎶 Talks and Social Gatherings – Unwind with live music, food, and sauna-fuelled
  connection in a warm, welcoming atmosphere at the Fumbally Studios.
